Kathy Humphreys brings more than 20 years of progressive talent management practices to RPX. Ms. Humphreys’ breadth of experience includes building HR programs for start-ups, global talent strategy, and HR consulting.
Before joining RPX, Ms. Humphreys was a Talent Strategist at Accenture, where she was responsible for defining the talent strategy and designing talent initiatives for a global new line of business. Prior to that, Ms. Humphreys was Vice President of Human Resources at Hotwire where she designed and developed the HR function. Ms. Humphreys’ career in HR began at Andersen Consulting where she spent nine years focused on change management and organization effectiveness in both regional and global leadership roles.
Ms. Humphreys has been involved in philanthropic efforts throughout her career and current serves on the SF Gives Kitchen Cabinet as the RPX executive sponsor. In May 2014, RPX joined the Tipping Point community in an effort to eradicate poverty in the Bay Area.
