Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel
Mona Kashani is Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at RPX Corporation. Prior to joining RPX in 2010, Ms. Kashani was an attorney in private practice focusing on intellectual property and antitrust litigation matters. She has advised clients regarding the use and protection of intellectual property assets, including assistance with domestic and foreign litigation strategies. Ms. Kashani was previously an attorney in the San Francisco office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
Ms. Kashani received her BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and her JD from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was the Senior Comments Editor of the Computer and High Technology Law Journal. She is a member of the state bar of California.
