Senior Vice President, Engineering and Product
NR Palapati is Senior Vice President, Engineering and Product at RPX Corporation, where he focuses on delivering best-in-class products and solutions for data-driven decision making around patent related matters. He also leads RPX’s information technology strategy.
Mr. Palapati brings more than 20 years of technology management expertise that spans legal, finance, commerce, and healthcare industries at organizations ranging from startups to multi-national companies. Before joining RPX, Mr. Palapati was a technology advisor to IBM, Cisco, and HP advising on complex multi-channel Configure Price Quote (CPQ) initiatives. Prior to that, Mr. Palapati was Director of Engineering at Epocrates (Athena Health) where he was responsible for enterprise architecture and the SaaS platform for electronic health record and mobile applications. Earlier in his career Mr. Palapati architected and managed several projects at scale for IBM, Sterling Commerce, and Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Palapati received his MS in Computer Science from the University of North Texas and a bachelors in Electrical Engineering from SV University in India.
