Senior Manager, Client Relations
Andrew Elgin is Senior Manager of Client Relations at RPX Corporation. Prior to joining RPX in 2022, Mr. Elgin worked in the judiciary as a federal law clerk. He was also a patent and commercial litigator for over ten years. Mr. Elgin began practicing in the San Francisco office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, where he was a part of four patent trial teams. He and his family then relocated to the Midwest, where he continued to maintain an active patent and commercial litigation practice. Mr. Elgin has represented clients in patent disputes concerning consumer electronics, handset / mobile devices, internet search and advertising, media content, and telecommunications.
Mr. Elgin received his JD from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and his BS from the University of California, San Diego. He is licensed to practice law in both California and Michigan.
