Mr. Wexler publishes in-depth, timely intelligence covering key patent litigation and marketplace trends for RPX members and industry stakeholders. He specializes in patent eligibility, managing RPX’s proprietary database on Alice orders and producing related analyses, and closely tracks judicial rulings and policy developments in the US and abroad.
Before joining RPX, Mr. Wexler worked as a legal researcher at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, providing written analysis and data for published studies addressing the impact of NPE litigation. He also served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Hastings Science and Technology Law Journal while at Hastings.
Mr. Wexler received a JD from Hastings in 2014 and earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Pomona College in 2009.
