Vice President, Acquisitions
Ryan Lawlis is Vice President of Acquisitions at RPX Corporation, where he focuses on the automotive sector. As leader of the RPX automotive team, Mr. Lawlis focuses on serving existing RPX automotive sector clients as well as growing membership within it. He applies his cross-functional expertise to evaluate patent portfolios, discuss matters with RPX members, and negotiate to secure valued patent license rights for RPX members. Mr. Lawlis started his career in engineering, working at two engineering firms, prior to going to law school.
Mr. Lawlis holds a BSME from Lafayette College and a JD from IIT-Chicago Kent School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
