Senior Director, Acquisitions
Sean Ton-That is a Senior Director of Acquisitions at RPX Corporation, where he works on multi-party transactions to secure license rights for RPX members across a wide variety of sectors. Prior to RPX, Mr. Ton-That worked in the IP group at Microsoft where he was focused on the company’s IP equity investments as well as its inbound and outbound patent licensing programs.
Previously, he worked as an investment banking associate for Credit Suisse, focusing on M&A and IPO deals in the Tech, Media and Telecom (TMT) sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Ton-That worked as an economic consultant at Charles River Associates focusing on valuation and transaction advisory services.
Mr. Ton-That received his MBA from MIT and a BA in Economics from University of California, Davis.
