Director of Application Development, Empower
Prashanti Bharathwaj is the Director of Application Development, where she provides engineering leadership and drives the end-to-end product delivery of the Empower patent license management product. Her work focuses on building scalable, robust technology solutions and ensuring seamless delivery across the full product lifecycle, while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Bharathwaj served as a Technology Delivery Manager at Accenture, where she oversaw technology programs and guided cross-functional teams through successful enterprise implementations. Previously, she was an Engineering Manager at Imaginea Technologies, managing engineering teams and contributing to the development of core software platforms.
Ms. Bharathwaj holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Osmania University, India.
