Director and Senior Counsel
Michele Gauger is Director and Senior Counsel at RPX Corporation. Prior to joining RPX in 2017, Dr. Gauger was an associate attorney in Weil, Gotshal, & Manges LLP’s Silicon Valley office, where she focused on patent litigation and intellectual property counseling. Her work includes experience with a variety of technology sectors, including semiconductors, wireless devices, digital media, and biotechnology/pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Gauger holds a BS in Chemistry and a BPS in Biomolecular Science from Clarkson University, a PhD in Biochemistry and Biophysics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a JD from Harvard University. She is a member of the state bar of California.
