Senior Vice President, Client Relations
Aileen Kim is Senior Vice President of Client Relations at RPX Corporation, based in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to joining RPX in 2015, Ms. Kim was a patent litigator at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP. She defended clients against patent assertions in federal district court and provided patent strategy analysis for clients. Her cases spanned a variety of technology sectors, including consumer electronics, handset/mobile devices, internet search & advertising, financial institutions, and semiconductors. During her time at Quinn Emanuel, she was a part of three trial teams. Before that, Ms. Kim was an associate at Downey Brand LLP and represented her clients in complex commercial litigation and chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Ms. Kim is fluent in English and Korean.
Ms. Kim received her JD from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, and her BA from the University of Rochester.
