Senior Vice President, Client Relations
Aileen Kim is Senior Vice President of Client Relations at RPX Corporation, where she leads strategic engagement with members on intellectual property risk. She advises companies on pre-litigation and litigation strategies, working closely with in-house counsel to resolve complex patent disputes through RPX’s suite of risk management services. Before joining RPX in 2015, Ms. Kim was a patent litigator at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, with experience spanning federal court trials and strategic patent counseling across multiple sectors, including consumer electronics, mobile devices, internet advertising, financial services, and semiconductors. She began her legal career at Downey Brand LLP, focusing on commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.
Ms. Kim holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a B.A. from the University of Rochester. She is fluent in English and Korean.
